We found that our guests who had booked via travel agents arrived in Vava'u totally unprepared for the intimacy of the in-the-water encounters with the whales. To swim with huge 40 ton & 45m long whales in the wild in water sometimes 500m deep - is not your average holiday, I am sure you appreciate that!

We also found that the communication via the travel agent to the guest was not only too time consuming for both parties, but inadequate for such personal tours. Our guests need to be able to communicate directly with one of our WhaleSwim Team who has experienced our amazing and very personal encounters with humpback whales, so that all questions can be answered fully. We have been working in Vava'u during the humpback whale season for 9 years now and know the destination and culture extremely well - so we can hand that knowledge on to our guests, which is a huge benefit to them.

However, we are happy to pay a 5% 'referral fee' on confirmed bookings. This can be deducted from their payment to you.

You can do this on your clients behalf, however there are legal documents that need to be printed off, completed and posted to our office in NZ,. Our booking system has a Login and Password - therefore you or your client can access it at any time to update information required such as flight details etc..
