Alta

Our amazing 6 days/6 nights Orca Safari in the stunningly beautiful fjords every year in November !
These expeditions offer an amazing chance to spend time snorkelling with these most intelligent and fascinating creatures and experiencing grandeur and beauty of north-west Norway.
These expeditions offer an amazing chance to spend time snorkelling with the orca during their feeding season.
November is herring season and this region becomes host to one of the planet’s largest gathering of orca.
Up to 50-60 have been seen at one time – incredible!
Jump on our cosy, warm & well equipped live-aboard vessels. Every day, weather permitting, we will be on the water looking for orcas to swim with for 2/3 hours in our fast zodiac. We will equip you with dry suits and get the cameras ready for action.
The water is often very clear at this time of the year and the photographic opportunities are phenomenal.
Once the swimming done, we will be back on the boat with hot food & every evening, we have lectures from our Orca Expert, who is known internationally as ‘the orca-whisperer’, to learn more about the amazing creatures you came to see!
Oh, and did we tell you?
When the weather is clear and conditions are right in the evenings and early in the morning we may well find
ourselves experiencing the majesty of the beautiful Northern Lights : the AURORA BOREALIS!
A trip of a lifetime!
Please Note: we do not operate day-trips on random dates with the orca
