Timor Leste
Are you ready to go swimming with Blue Whales in warm tropical Timor Sea! (north of Australia)!
We will be back at our new Blue whale destination in 2025!
We were looking for a special place away from masses of tourists, where we could meet one of the biggest animals in the world,
the gracious Pygmy Blue Whale (24m/79ft long & 90 tons)! And we found our little paradise in Timor Leste. We ran a tour here in November 2024 and it was great! We swam with Pygmy Blues and saw Sperm Whales and numerous other cetaceans. Lovely local people, excellent whale-watching team, great snorkeling spots and another amazing WhaleSwim Adventure!
Each day, we head out on the waters between Dili and Atauro Island, to with the aim of swimming with the blue whales and, if we are lucky sperm whales. We may well meet many other cetaceans along the way.
We offer personally-escorted, small group ‘snorkelling with whales’ eco-tours you will never, ever forget!
Our tours include 7 nights at a comfortable, waterfront boutique-style resort, with breakfast & friendly and welcoming hosts, 3 x delicious evening meals, 6 x boat trips to snorkel with the whales (6 x full -days), and definitely lots of fun!
We also include airport transfers in Dili.
Please Note: we do not operate day-trips on random dates with the whales
